The gap between what teachers want and what they can build: I close that gap.

I've spent my career in schools, teaching, building, and trying to make things work better for both staff and students. The apps and tools I built weren't academic exercises. They came from specific, real needs both as a teacher and as an administrator.

I found that the advent of using AI to code Google Apps Scripts made a fundametal change to what is possible. Self made web apps have moved from interesting and useful add-ons to mega powerful alternatives to paid for solutions. But more than that, web apps personalised to school needs offer a utility way above what was previously possible. And when they combine into a shared practice, we now have a new reality that empowers both teachers and learners.

What I offer isn't a product to adopt or a platform to subscribe to. It's a process: building capability inside your school that stays there, tools your staff genuinely own, and an approach to AI that is practical, controlled, and grounded in educational purpose.

I can work with primary and secondary schools at whatever stage makes sense for them. Either a couple of initial workshops to build confidence, or a longer partnership to develop a full school-owned AI infrastructure. If your school uses Google Workspace, the infrastructure is already there. The investment is entirely in your staff's capability, and that stays with them permanently.
